Jerry E. Nathan
Jerry Nathan is a partner with Bricker & Eckler and chairs the Education practice group. He represents public boards of education and institutions of higher learning, as well as public and private sector employers in general. He has successfully negotiated with an affected community for a precedent-setting noise reduction plan on behalf of a Port Authority commencing night-time cargo operations and has served as legal counsel to a Blue Ribbon Community Task Force reviewing educational alternatives to suspensions and expulsions in the Columbus Public Schools.
